MA Wireless USA Inc sells the accessories that keep phones, tablets and laptops working: charging, cabling, carrying and the small repair kits that save a device from the bin. The counter is on West 30th Street in Midtown Manhattan; this site carries the same stock and ships it across the United States.
What we stock
The range is narrow on purpose. Four aisles – repair kits, cases and pouches, mounts and stands, charging and cables – cover almost every question that comes over the counter. If a category here only holds a handful of listings, that is because we would rather stock three cables that do what they claim than thirty that might.
How we describe things
Accessories go wrong in specific, boring ways: the wattage is lower than advertised, the cable is shorter than the photo suggests, the mount does not fit a case. So every listing states the wattage, the length, the port type and the devices the manufacturer certifies it for, copied from the manufacturer sheet rather than paraphrased.
If it is not right
Faults happen. The returns policy sets out the window and the process, and the shipping policy states the cut-off time and the carriers we hand to. Neither page hides behind "contact us for details" – the numbers are on the page.
