Processing Time
Handling time is 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) from order confirmation to dispatch. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM MST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same business day, while orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day. All times on this page refer to MST.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Standard Shipping is the only method offered.
Estimated Delivery Time
Transit time is 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat) from the date of dispatch. Combined with handling, the total estimated delivery is 6–13 business days from order placement, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Orders with a subtotal at or above $75 qualify for free Standard Shipping within the United States. Orders with a subtotal below $75 are charged a flat Standard Shipping fee of $4.99. All prices are in USD, and there are no additional expedited, international, or oversized surcharges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to your billing address. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become visible. You can also visit the Track Your Order page for updates.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Common causes of delivery delays may include weather conditions, carrier delays, or shipments to remote destinations. While we will assist, we cannot guarantee transit times. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered, and Quickseleclt is not liable for theft after delivery. Our support team is available Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7) Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays and will respond within 1 business day. If a package is returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, Quickseleclt will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment (additional fee) or cancellation (refund minus outbound shipping).
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned, Quickseleclt will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment at the customer’s cost or to cancel and refund the order minus any non-recoverable shipping fee. To update a shipping address, please email support@quickseleclt.shop as soon as possible; changes can only be made before the order is dispatched and before the 2:00 PM MST cut-off on the day of dispatch. International shipping is not offered. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted where the carrier supports them, but remote-area transit may sit at the upper end of the stated transit window.
