Only copyright holders or their authorized representatives are allowed to submit notices of infringement.
How to File a DMCA Notice
Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact specified below.
Required Information
A valid notice must include the following items:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information of the notifier;
4. A statement of good faith regarding unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Counter-Notification Process
Users who believe their material has been mistakenly removed may submit a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. After receipt, we will review the counter-notice and may restore the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Quickseleclt reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers when deemed necessary.Designated Agent
